Ari and Michelle’s wedding at Cedarmont Farm was the sweetest kind of spring celebration with the warm sunshine, blooming trees, and a gentle breeze that carried that easy, joyful spring energy throughout every moment. More than anything, their day felt deeply personal, filled with warmth, connection, and thoughtful touches that reflected who they are as a couple. Meet the Couple

Ari and Michelle first connected on Bumble in late 2017. What started as a casual friendship took an unexpected turn after Ari spent a year in New York - when he returned to Nashville, he revealed that he had actually known from the very beginning that Michelle was the one. From there, their relationship naturally grew into a life they truly enjoy sharing together. They love spending time running, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing at home with their black cat, Humphrey. On weekends in the fall, you can often find them cheering on their favorite teams or hanging out with friends. No matter what they’re doing, Ari and Michelle make every day together feel fun, easy, and full of love.

The Proposal

"Ari proposed on the rooftop of our apartment, overlooking the downtown Nashville skyline. He had a photographer waiting to snap the special moment as well as to capture my excitement when our parents showed up, having flown in to surprise me. Afterward, we all went to a "family dinner" to celebrate, but on arriving to the restaurant, it was actually a surprise party with all of our friends present to commemorate the day!" - Michelle

Details about the Day

We loved helping Ari and Michelle bring their wedding vision to life and being part of their truly meaningful celebration. Their day blended personal traditions with those soft, warm spring tones they love, beginning with an intimate first look in the field across from the historic house where they shared private vows - a quiet, heartfelt moment that felt so special just between the two of them. Their ceremony took place beneath the large, cascading tree at the historic house, where a beautiful draped chuppah created the most stunning focal point. Michelle’s grandfather’s tallit hung above them, making the moment even more personal and meaningful. Two large floral urn arrangements lined the start of the aisle in soft spring hues, and with their closest family and friends surrounding them, the ceremony felt deeply emotional and full of love. The breaking of the glass at the end brought cheers from their guests, marking the joyful beginning of their marriage. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a sunny cocktail hour outside, where little pops of florals in bud vases dotted the tables and a champagne tower welcomed everyone to celebrate. Their customized Cedarmont Farm white seating chart with ivory cards and floral accents added an elegant touch, and fun details like the “L’Chaim! Cheers!” bar decal made the space feel uniquely them. Inside the event barn for the reception, the room felt warm, glowing, and lush with greenery woven through the beams. Farm tables were dressed in white chiffon runners with loose greenery, soft pink and peach blooms, and glowing candlelight in gold mercury glass votives. Round tables carried the same romantic candlelit feel, tying the entire space together beautifully. One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the challah and wine blessing in the center of the dance floor, honoring their traditions before dinner. Later, the night flowed into heartfelt toasts from family, a deeply personal first dance with music performed live by their friend, and a lively Hora that filled the dance floor with energy and laughter. From start to finish, Ari and Michelle’s wedding felt warm, joyful, and incredibly personal. Watching them surrounded by so much love from their families and friends was truly beautiful, and we were honored to be part of bringing their dream day to life!
