They said “I do” under the branches of our beautiful tree at the historic house, surrounded by soft white and pink flowers that made it feel like something out of a storybook. The reception was just as great, with fun details like a beer burro and a relaxed yet elegant vibe throughout. Mary and Mitch’s story started in a simple yet meaningful way—on a dating app, where a connection sparked something more. From that moment, their journey together has been filled with so much love and laughter. They share a love for hiking, often exploring new trails side by side. Bonfires in the backyard are a favorite way to unwind, surrounded by friends and great conversation. Traveling whenever they can is something they both cherish, discovering new places and creating memories along the way. Family is at the core of their relationship, and they always make time to enjoy those special moments. Whether on an adventure or just spending time with loved ones, Mary and Mitch are happiest when they’re together.

We loved helping Mary and Mitch bring their vision for their wedding to life and being a part of their sweet celebration. Their day was the perfect mix of timeless elegance and meaningful details, starting with a heartfelt first look between the two that was so special and intimate. Their ceremony took place at the historic house under the large, cascading tree, with an effortlessly simple yet elegant design of white and pink florals, and delicate white petals lining the aisle. Guests arrived at the ceremony on the cutest red trolley and were greeted with a classy champagne welcome tower—a beautiful and thoughtful way to start the celebration. Our custom white welcome sign, accented with florals and greenery, featured Mary and Mitch’s names and added the perfect touch of charm next to the fun champagne tower. Their ceremony was filled with love and so much emotion—it was impossible not to feel just how deep their connection is as they exchanged vows. Afterward, guests headed to cocktail hour at the event barn, where they were greeted by the cutest beer burro (yes, a miniature donkey that carried drinks!). A set of marquee letters spelling out "Mr. and Mrs. Koetter" made for the perfect statement piece as guests arrived. Inside, the reception space was absolutely stunning. The tables were decorated with elegant taper candles, greenery, and delicate white blooms that created a timeless, romantic feel. Soft pink napkins added just the right pop of color, tying everything together perfectly. One of our favorite details? The table numbers, which featured photos of Mary and Mitch at each age to match—such a sweet and personal touch that had guests reminiscing throughout the night. Above the dance floor, a disco ball set the perfect fun and lively vibe as everyone danced the night away. And we have to mention the M+M bar—an adorable nod to their initials, featuring an assortment of M&Ms for guests to snack on or take home as a favor. It was such a unique and fun detail that everyone loved! From start to finish, their day was full of love, laughter, and sweet moments. Mary and Mitch share such a special connection, and we were honored to be a part of bringing their dream wedding to life!
