The Farm

Only 20 minutes from Nashville and five minutes from the interstate, Cedarmont has been described as a hidden oasis. It's close to everything but still secluded and peaceful. The property has a historic house, bridal house overlooking a pool, modern event barn, beautiful pond, meandering creek and bridges, shady woods and open fields perfect for sunset photos.

The Event Barn

Not just another modern barn venue, our event barn is 100 years old and has been newly renovated to add modern design aspects while retaining the character and history of the original structure.  It can hold up to 170 guests and features full climate control, modern bathrooms, as well as a long cocktail porch, side yard and lofted lounge area. Large windows let in lots of natural light and the rear wall features large floor to ceiling windows framed by a beautiful metallic plaster wall (a perfect backdrop for indoor ceremonies). Dimmable lighting and lofted ceilings provide the perfect ambience for your event.

Patio & Side Yard

Our patio has two beautiful large bars, string lighting, fans and built in speakers. The large tree helps keep the lawn shaded so our included lawn games can be enjoyed and the entire patio can be enclosed in the case of inclement weather. For chilly evenings, we include 3 propane patio heaters.

Lofted Lounge

A perfect space to get ready- our lofted lounge has a TV, mini fridge, large closet & ironing board as well as comfy couches and chairs and a bistro table (our favorite place for couples to have drinks and private appetizers before introductions).

The Historic House

Built in 1815 by William Nolen, the house has retained much of its historic character and features. It is on the historic registry and is surrounded by heirloom roses, large boxwoods and cedar trees that are over 100 years old which provide beautiful photo opportunities. Directly across from the entrance of the historic house is another one of our ceremony sites, an outdoor terraced area with a beautiful draping tree.

Terraced Ceremony Site

Right behind our event barn is our most popular ceremony site. With lush landscaping and evergreen cedar trees this spot is beautiful year-round.We also love the stone terraces and steps, the perfect aisle for a grand entrance. A variety of arches and backdrops can be used in this space from our large wooden arch to our circle arch, cross or floral stands or keep it simple and let the natural scenery be the backdrop for your vows.

Pool & Bridal House

The expansive pool is adjacent to the historic house and features a beautiful stone deck, gas lanterns and a picturesque pergola. The bridal house features two dressing suites, an open living room with a long makeup counter, and a full kitchen and bathroom. It also has a sound system with XM radio and bluetooth and beautiful views of our large pool.
