Ponche Crema

A Venezuelan drink similar to our eggnog (but even better) 

(Recipe for a crowd - Serve in punchbowl)
2 Cans Evaporated Milk 
3 Cans Condensed Milk 
8 Egg Yolks 
Juice from 1 Lemon 
1 Vanilla Bean 
.25 tsp Nutmeg 
1 bottle of spiced rum

The Autumnal

​2 oz. Bourbon or Spiced Rum
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. Pear Liqueur
1 oz. Cinnamon, Clove simple
Shake and serve over ice

Cranberry Mule

​1.5 oz. Vodka or Bourbon
.75 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Apple Cider
.25 oz. Lime Juice 
Pour Over Ice and Top with Ginger Beer
