United by mutual friends, Jessica and Matt love hiking, playing video games, attending fancy dinners, and unwinding watching TV together. Their connection is a blend of adventure and relaxation, forming a truly special bond between the two of them. 

The Proposal

"He proposed on Halloween. He took skeletons and had them standing in the proposal stance. When I got home from work he had the ring packaged in a ring pop wrapper and proposed."

The Details

 Jessica & Matt's wedding was elegant with a touch of rustic. A palette of blush, pink, and sage was perfect for this late Spring day. The terraced lawn served as the perfect setting for their ceremony, enhanced by a breathtaking broken moon arch adorned with an assortment of mauve, blush, and ivory florals. As guests made their way to cocktail hour, a captivating champagne wall awaited, providing a charming opportunity for attendees to raise their glasses and toast to the newlyweds in celebration. The broken moon arch from their ceremony gracefully transitioned in to the reception space, framing their cake as a symbol of sweet beginnings. Lush greenery, delicate floating candles, and touches of mauve and blush florals filled the space, creating a truly lush tablescape. Rustic vibes from wood slices and a bare iced cake blended perfectly with the historic atmosphere of the event barn. Personalized touches included a whiskey barrel top, with their new shared last name engraved on it that served as guestbook, his and hers candy favors and a fantastic departure, featuring light sabers and bubbles, sending the newlyweds off into a lifetime filled with happiness! 

Special Details from the Day

A truly heartwarming highlight happened when Jessica and Matt showcased a choreographed dance for their loved ones. In anticipation of their wedding they had decided to take dance lessons. They ended up liking it so much they had started doing competitions. During their first dance, Matt surprised Jessica by having a new song played for them to dance to together, creating an entirely new "first" moment for them on their wedding day.
